• Bachelor degree: Management/Industrial Psychology/Legal
• Min 3 year experience in Multi National company/HR Consultant
• Understanding HR policies & procedures, HR Payroll, diversity of people & culture
• Excellent knowledge in Labor Law, HR Tax regulation, and its application
• Experience in HR Service/administration role, HR system & procedure
• High behavioral competency in result orientation, collaborating & influencing, developing
self & others, customer relationship
TRAINER (TRA-P02)
• Bachelor degree: all major
• Has an experience in training modules, development, training delivery and training result
evaluation
• Knowledgeable in competency based human resources
• Good conceptual thinking
• Willing to travel (mobile)
RECRUITER (REC-P02)
• Bachelor degree: Psychology
• 1 year experience in administration psychological test, preferable from psychology
consultant
• Good conceptual thinking
• Willing to travel (mobile)
